The Senior Tech Representative supports Round One Entertainment, Inc. technicians, assists corporate operations, and serves as a clear point of contact across internal teams and external partners. The role is based onsite in City of Industry, CA and includes coordination for store, vendor, and equipment-related requests.
Role Overview
The Senior Tech Representative provides support to all Round 1 technicians, contributes to corporate operations, and communicates effectively with internal and external parties. The position also includes point-of-contact responsibilities representing the Tech Department and coordinating vendor and store requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out the business execution items included in the main task list.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly store reports for accuracy.
- Maintain vendor contact lists and support strong business relationships.
- Represent the Tech Department as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties.
- Liaise with multiple vendors and in-company departments to address requests and questions from the Technical Director and the Tech Department.
- Book travel arrangements for technicians (flights and hotels) for business trips.
- Support proper setup and functioning of new games.
- Assist with updates to machines installed at stores, including Japanese and American games.
- Help with layout change tasks, including scheduling and identifying available personnel.
- Maintain parts inventory for all stores and HQ.
- Assist in ensuring store-ordered parts are correct.
- Receive and confirm supply and consumables requests from stores, then place orders.
- Create shipping labels for parts, uniforms, and loan items for US and Japan shipments.
- Assist with payment tasks when necessary.
- Check and confirm scheduling, preparations, and store communications for new store transfer equipment.
- Order and send tools for new stores by coordinating requests with operations and HQ tech.
- Perform additional tasks included in the main task list.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- High organization skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
The office environment typically has low noise levels. During this role, work may also occur irregularly in a bowling center and arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity are expected. The employee sits for extended periods and looks at a laptop monitor. Employees may also accompany the Director for business activities and travel to remote locations.
Additional Information
Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: USD 25.00 to 26.00 per hour.
Work Location: In person.
