AV Tech Support Analyst

Accenture is hiring an AV Tech Support Analyst (Early Career) for Infrastructure Shared Services in Chicago. This is a 100% onsite role supporting high-profile meetings and events in the Connected Innovation Center, with hands-on troubleshooting, event readiness, and white glove audio visual collaboration support.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver white glove AV and meeting collaboration support to Accenture employees and client guests attending meetings or events in the office
• Manage and maintain Audio Visual technologies, including a sound mixer with synchronized wireless microphones
• Test, operate, and troubleshoot video conferencing devices and display walls
• Manage and maintain extended reality devices, including Apple Vision Pro and Meta Quest devices
• Serve as technical lead during high-profile client meetings and leadership events to help ensure a seamless technology experience
• Collaborate with global teams to pilot and support emerging technologies for immersive experiences and hybrid collaboration
• Create and update technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years supporting either IT or AV related industries
• Minimum 1+ years working with ITIL software, including Service Now or Jira
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, Zoom, Webex, and similar tools
• Agile mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
• Hands-on support experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, and OSX
• Hands-on support experience with Android and iOS
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills to interface with non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership

Work Location and Schedule

Compensation

Hourly salary range: USD 21 to 49. Illinois range: USD 21.39 to $42.84.
