Job Description
Support customers and help keep operations moving at Pedego Electric Bikes in New Smyrna Beach, FL.
Responsibilities
- Unpack and assemble bicycles for sales and customer readiness
- Support bicycle and accessory sales with day-to-day customer help
- Answer product and service questions with knowledgeable assistance
- Evaluate equipment service issues by interacting with customers and assessing equipment
- Identify opportunities to improve company products, processes, and customer service
Requirements
- Comfortable working both independently and with a team
- High level of customer service and attention to detail
- Computer experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Preferred / Strong Plus
- Enjoy bicycles
- Eager to learn, with support provided to learn the role
