IT Help Desk Technician

The IT Help Desk Technician provides first-level technology support to users across Crew Carwash locations and supports the broader support team. This onsite role in Indianapolis supports day-to-day IT needs through ticket resolution, break/fix assistance, and hands-on asset setup and troubleshooting.

Summary of the Role

In this position, you will deliver level 1 support through telephone and email, manage tickets and new IT requests, and work through application and hardware issues. The role also includes preparing new IT equipment for deployment by repairing, imaging, and configuring assets used at Crew locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 telephone and email support for all Crew locations.
• Review and respond to incoming ticketing portal break/fix cases and new IT requests.
• Repair, image, and configure new IT assets for deployment at Crew locations.
• Troubleshoot application and hardware issues to resolve problems for end users.

Required Qualifications

• Work schedule is generally 10a-8p, 5 days per week, Tuesday-Saturday.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and general Microsoft troubleshooting.
• Ability to deal tactfully with customers, team members, and the general public.
• Initiative and motivation with a get the job done attitude.
• Focus on quality while maintaining a sense of urgency.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• A+ or Network+ certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
