IT Helpdesk Analyst

IDR, Inc. is building a strong, customer-focused IT support team that supports internal users across a large footprint. In this onsite role in Saint Joseph, MI, you’ll help maintain smooth day-to-day technology access for organizations at 700+ locations nationwide. You will work as part of a close-knit team of about 15 to 20 Level 1 helpdesk technicians, with leaders who promote from within and prioritize growth.

What you’ll do

This Level 1 helpdesk support technician position is centered on responsive service and reliable troubleshooting. Responsibilities include:

• Provide internal IT support for 700+ locations across the country
• Complete password resets
• Assist with network troubleshooting
• Support printer/network installs
• Deliver basic end-user connectivity support
• Handle software support requests

What you bring

• 1+ years of experience in an IT Support role (Network/Hardware)
• Customer-service oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office 365
• Basic troubleshooting experience (examples include password resets, printer installs and troubleshooting, end-user connectivity support, network troubleshooting)
• Bachelor’s Degree
