Job Description

Join Amazon's Operations Technology Solutions team onsite in Mesa, AZ. Responsibilities

Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used within Amazon Operations facilities.
Manage support requests and procedures across the local network to keep operations running smoothly.
Assist with training new hires to ensure they are confident using systems and tools.
Pursue ongoing learning of new technologies to stay current with evolving solutions.
Provide support to customers across multiple buildings in the region, as well as remote customers.
Travel within the local or regional area to support customer needs as required.

Requirements

Experience thriving in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service.
Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk for shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
1+ years of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating system support or equivalent experience.
