Bilingual Technical Support (Vietnamese)
Job Description
Bilingual Vietnamese/English on-site technical support specialist providing in-person assistance to merchants in the Greater Phoenix area, based in Mesa, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships by responding to account inquiries
- Troubleshoot equipment errors
- Deploy hardware to merchant locations
- Answer incoming calls from clients
- Prepare equipment for use
- Install and set up equipment at merchants' business locations within the Greater Phoenix area
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Reliable transportation required due to frequent driving
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
