Job Description
Join Amazon's Operations Technology Solutions team onsite in Mesa, AZ. This IT Support Associate II position offers an hourly wage range of $23 to $37 and a benefits-rich environment designed to support you in delivering regional IT help for Amazon Operations facilities. Expect hands-on equipment management, skilled troubleshooting, support for training new hires, and dependable cross-building customer service for multiple sites in the area.
Responsibilities
- Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used within Amazon Operations facilities.
- Manage support requests and procedures across the local network to keep operations running smoothly.
- Assist with training new hires to ensure they are confident using systems and tools.
- Pursue ongoing learning of new technologies to stay current with evolving solutions.
- Provide support to customers across multiple buildings in the region, as well as remote customers.
- Travel within the local or regional area to support customer needs as required.
Requirements
- Experience thriving in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service.
- Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk for shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
- 1+ years of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating system support or equivalent experience.
