Help Desk Analyst

CFS offers an entry-level, hands-on Help Desk Analyst opportunity with primarily on-site IT support across multiple corporate and site locations in Menomonee Falls, WI. The role is a good fit for someone who enjoys practical troubleshooting, helping end users, and keeping day-to-day technology running smoothly. You will earn $45,000 to $60,000 per year and work with an IT leader to manage priorities and projects while partnering closely on support needs.

In this position, you will install and maintain standard business systems, support Windows PCs and common applications, and help ensure endpoint security tooling and updates are applied. Local travel between sites is required, with mileage reimbursement available.

What you’ll do

• Deliver responsive IT help for hardware, software, and basic network issues across corporate and site locations.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and standard business applications.
• Assist with deploying and maintaining networking components and connectivity as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues and general IT requests.
• Support security tooling activities and help ensure endpoint and software updates are applied.
• Train and support staff on newly installed systems, applications, and processes.

What you bring

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to multiple sites.
