The position includes a salary range of USD 55,000 to 70,000 per year and an active Secret clearance requirement. • Deliver technical support to users and clients by triaging issues, researching solutions, and responding to questions related to the program and its systems.
• Supervise Operations Support Center operators, acting as both a mentor and a direct escalation point.
• Support mission-critical systems that help defend the homeland.
