IT Desktop Support - Entry Level

The IS Analyst supports the Senior IS Analyst in maintaining and improving the organization’s information systems infrastructure. This is an entry-level technical support position with a focus on frontline assistance for end users, workstation setup, and routine maintenance.

Pompano Beach, FL (onsite)

Summary of Role

In this role, you will provide basic hardware and software support, assist with installations and configuration, and help keep systems running through regular maintenance. You will also contribute to IT equipment and license inventory and maintain documentation for common issues and resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic hardware and software support to end users.
• Install and configure standard hardware peripherals and software.
• Complete initial workstation setup for new employees.
• Perform routine system maintenance tasks.
• Deliver telephone, in-person, and online support to end users.
• Assist with maintaining inventory of IT equipment and licenses.
• Document common issues and solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 2 years of technical support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
