IT Help Desk Analyst
Job Description
Join SilverXis as an on-site IT Help Desk Analyst in Conyers, GA. This contract role offers an hourly rate of $19.00 to $20.00 and hands-on experience delivering first-line external customer support. You will handle tasks such as password resets, online account management, and provisioning of mobile driver’s licenses in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and support the daily performance of computer systems and applications
- Answer user inquiries about software or hardware operation to resolve issues
- Track ticket queues, route tickets to appropriate internal and external staff, and escalate until resolved
- Consult with users or run diagnostics to investigate problems and provide technical assistance
Requirements
- Six months of experience handling customers, questions, complaints, or information in a call center environment
- 2+ years as a Helpdesk Technician with hands-on troubleshooting for Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Vocational/Technical degree in computer applications, computer technology, or a closely related field from an accredited college
- Knowledge of Apple iOS
- Active Directory knowledge
- Experience monitoring ticket queues and escalating tickets outside SLA until resolved
- Ability to install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripherals per specifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
- IT Help Desk or Call Center experience
