IT Help Desk Technician / Entry-Level System/Network Administrator

MTK Technologies, based in Savoy, IL, supports a diverse set of clients with practical IT assistance and proactive technical support. This entry-level role blends daily help desk duties with foundational system and network administration, providing hands-on exposure to Office 365 administration, workstation provisioning, and security service management within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Reset login passwords and manage user access.
• Set up and troubleshoot Office 365 applications and services.
• Configure new workstations and install essential software.
• Diagnose and resolve basic software and hardware issues.
• Manage whitelisting/blacklisting for various security services.

• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and basic PC troubleshooting.
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting wage is $21.00 per hour, with potential to reach up to $26.00 per hour based on experience and education. The benefits package includes health insurance, a retirement plan, paid holidays and vacation time, and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Location & Travel

Onsite work in Savoy, IL 61874. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. Ability to relocate to Savoy before starting is required, and commuter arrangements must align with in-person work at the Savoy location.
