Job Description
Join a team that values reliable support and clear communication. As an IT Helpdesk Analyst in Orlando, FL (onsite), you’ll be the front line for users who need help with everyday technology, from Windows and Microsoft Office 365 to access and connectivity. This role supports a hands-on, service-focused IT environment and includes rotating weekend coverage on a schedule.
Compensation: From $52,000.00 per year. This is an in-person position located near 189 South Orange Ave. Suite 970, Orlando, FL 32801.
What you’ll do
- Act as the first point of contact for technical assistance through phone, email, or the ticketing system
- Provide front-line troubleshooting for Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and commonly used business applications
- Support user accounts with Active Directory tasks, including password resets
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Assist with basic networking concerns, including Wi-Fi and VPN connectivity
- Help with user device setup and onboarding support as needed
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical staff or departments
- Keep accurate ticket records, including the issue, troubleshooting steps taken, and resolution details
- Participate in weekend coverage on a rotating schedule
- Support general IT maintenance activities such as inventory tracking and updates
What you bring

- Willingness to participate in a rotating weekend coverage schedule
- Previous experience in a helpdesk, IT support, or technical support role is preferred
- Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to document issues and resolutions accurately
