OTS IT delivers nonstop global IT support to Amazon Operations, enabling facilities that ship tens of thousands of products daily to customers worldwide. Role details
As an IT Support Associate II, you will apply your skills to assist the operations team in diagnosing and resolving technical issues within Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographic area, spanning multiple technical disciplines. The role supports continuous improvement, and you will be encouraged to participate in career development opportunities to advance your career at Amazon.

Key responsibilities
- Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities
- Handle support requests and procedures across the network
- Assist in training new hires
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies
- Support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers
- Lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for shifts up to 12 hours
- Travel within your local or regional area to support customers
Basic qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk during shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high level of customer service
- 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems support experience or equivalent
Preferred qualifications
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux Red Hat, Microsoft hardware installation, AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high level of customer service

Compensation and location
The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
Location: USA, MD, Hagerstown
Hourly rate: $23.00 to $37.00 USD
