Junior Associate, Compliance HelpDesk
Job Description
The Junior Associate, Compliance HelpDesk supports independence policy guidance and customer service for callers using automated phone and chat tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage support requests submitted through automated phone and chat channels, ensuring prompt acknowledgement and proper routing to the appropriate policy area.
- Document each interaction concisely, capturing the discussion content and the support delivered to support future reference and compliance needs.
- Build and maintain a working knowledge of Deloitte Independence policies, staying current with updates to assist callers accurately.
- Guide callers step by step through applicable policy requirements and procedures, clarifying mandatory steps and ensuring policy alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in customer support within a consumer banking environment.
- Ability to travel up to 10 percent on average, depending on client needs and assignments.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
