Requirements
- 5+ years of experience providing Tier I or II IT support in an enterprise or DoW environment
- Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems and common enterprise applications
- Experience with Active Directory user and group administration
- Experience maintaining ticketing workflows and document actions clearly for audit and compliance
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
- Ability to resolve hardware and software issues with minimal oversight
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- TS/SCI clearance
- Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification

Compensation
- The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
- Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, the individualβs education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
