The role centers on delivering Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues while sustaining reliable IT operations for clients. With 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience, you’ll tackle escalated problems, collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, and contribute to smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems escalated from Level 1 support.
- Document support activities and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain IT infrastructure through regular maintenance and updates.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support or a related IT role.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and software issues.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
- Good English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
