Two95 International Inc. is looking for an L2 Tech Support Engineer to join its onsite team in Provo, Utah. The role centers on delivering Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues while sustaining reliable IT operations for clients. With 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience, you’ll tackle escalated problems, collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, and contribute to smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems escalated from Level 1 support.
  • Document support activities and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain IT infrastructure through regular maintenance and updates.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support or a related IT role.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and software issues.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
  • Good English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
