Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve Mac issues and mentor other Tech team members on Mac usage
- Access under-desk areas to verify and secure cable connections
- Resolve printer, phone, and general computer hardware issues including monitors, keyboards, mice, and audio concerns
- Guide users through laptop problems from simple to complex
- Participate in weekly orientation to assist new hires with setup
- Assist with physical hardware setup and relocations
- Move computers and related equipment between offices (between buildings 301 and 401) and ship equipment to remote employees
- Maintain inventory and collect physical equipment
- Ensure security access protocols are followed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a technical role
- Mac technical support expertise
- Physical requirements: ability to lift 10-15 pounds regularly; extensive walking, standing, and kneeling to install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, cabling, and AV equipment; comfortable handling tools and equipment in diverse environments
