Temporary Guest Services Technical Support Associate
Job Description
This temporary, on-site role supports guest experience and store operations by delivering frontline technical assistance to guests, store associates, and field teams through a high-volume call center. The position is based in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, and offers a pay rate of $18.50 per hour.
Summary
The Temporary Guest Services Technical Support Associate provides frontline technical support to guests, store personnel, and field teams, leveraging multiple systems and established workflows to diagnose issues and document resolutions in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Receive and record support requests, documenting details within established case-management workflows
- Communicate clearly with guests, store associates, field teams, and internal partners to identify issues and determine appropriate resolution paths
- Follow documented procedures, flow charts, and diagrams to guide troubleshooting and determine next steps
- Identify and isolate issues to determine resolution options, including troubleshooting, escalation, or parts replacement
- Assist store associates and field teams with ISE setup and animatronic troubleshooting in line with established guidelines
- Process and ship required parts to guests as needed
- Coordinate with partnering departments to ensure enhancements and defect corrections meet guest and store requirements
- Document trends, recurring issues, and resolutions to support reporting and continuous improvement
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or GED, with one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Able to collaborate with and support colleagues and cross-functional teams
