Job Description

An Allied Digital Service Limited team is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer focused on End User Computing (EUC) in an onsite environment in Omaha, NE. In this role, you will handle day-to-day end-user technology needs, troubleshoot issues across Windows desktops and laptops, and support services aligned to defined SLA timelines.

This position is designed for a hands-on support professional with 5+ years of EUC/Desktop Support experience, comfortable working with core systems like Windows, M365, VPN, and AD, and able to manage incident response through ITSM ticketing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support for desktop and laptop users.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Diagnose and remediate problems affecting Windows-based desktops and laptops.
Respond to incidents and service requests within defined SLA timelines.
Deliver hands-on support for VIP and executive users when required.

Required Experience

5+ years of EUC/Desktop Support experience.

Job Description
