Asurion invites you to join a part-time In-Home Sales & Tech Support role in Tulsa, where you’ll blend hands-on device support with on-site customer engagement. This position involves local travel to customer residences, pre-scheduled visits, and delivering service and solutions using the Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach, with paid training and an evenings/weekends schedule.
Responsibilities
- Meet customers in their homes, at the office, or other locations as scheduled. Interactions are pre-arranged to align with sales targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout every engagement, always keeping the customer first.
- Use your expertise to address and resolve tech issues and present an understandable solution for any level of technical knowledge.
- Ensure customers leave with a working resolution and a product that supports their future tech needs.
- Leverage Asurion's growing product lineup to offer tailored solutions.
- Listen actively to identify customer needs and position products that meet those needs.
- Apply negotiation and communication skills to pivot smoothly and secure the right sale.
- Participate in paid training to prepare you for independent field work.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluded: Manhattan).
- Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles).
- Maximum travel distance of 120 miles one-way.
- Work a varied 5-day week schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Personal cellphone for on-the-go communication.
- Comfortable working around household pets.
- Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
- Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills across career paths.
- Naturally outgoing and comfortable with human interaction.
- Work hours may vary based on business needs and market demand; flexibility may be required.
