Job Description

The IT Help Desk Technician at Tenstreet supports day-to-day IT operations from our Tulsa, OK onsite office, handling the administration of the office network, employee workstations, IP phone system, and internal applications. The role emphasizes provisioning and supporting both macOS and Windows environments and onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT issues in a mixed macOS and Windows environment.
  • Provide technical assistance and end-user support across the organization.
  • Coordinate and support audio-visual setups for internal meetings.
  • Handle new hire setups, including account creation, workstation configuration, and user training.
  • Maintain the IT ticketing queue to track and resolve requests.
  • Oversee software licenses and ensure acceptable use of IT resources.
  • Act as a backup IT system administrator.

Requirements

  • Strong diagnostic abilities to rapidly identify IT issues and know where to look when the answer is not immediately apparent.
  • Advanced proficiency with macOS and Microsoft Windows.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365.
  • Solid understanding of cloud services usage and administration.
  • Ability to manage an interrupt-driven workload effectively.
  • Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience with a ticketing system.
  • Familiarity with centralized client management systems.
  • Experience supporting both Android and iOS devices.
  • Security-conscious mindset.
