Job Description
Nomerel LLC seeks a skilled Helpdesk Technician to join its MSP operations in Tulsa, OK. The role delivers remote and on-site technical support, advanced troubleshooting, and strong customer service across multiple client environments in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for multiple client environments, both remote and on-site
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to Windows and macOS, servers, networking, and cloud services
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange, and associated services
- Diagnose and resolve network problems including firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, and VPNs
- Perform system maintenance, patch management, backups, and monitoring
- Document all work clearly in ticketing and knowledge base systems
- Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions or improvements
- Participate in on-call rotation as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Managed Services Provider environment
- Experience with Windows desktop and Windows Server operating systems
- Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Active Directory and Group Policy knowledge
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions understanding
- Experience managing multiple clients and competing priorities
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Travel up to 30 percent; occasional overnight travel may be required. Monthly travel to/from Tulsa and Oklahoma City is expected
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check
- Eligible to work in the United States; no sponsorships provided
- On-site travel to client offices is required

Job Details

- Work Location: On-site in Tulsa, with option to work from Tulsa HQ or OKC location; in-person
- Salary: USD 40,000 - 45,000 per year

Preferred Qualifications
