Job Description

Three Help Desk Analyst openings in Augusta, Maine for a 12+ month contract with onsite work once a week; local candidates only.

Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of testing changes, upgrades, and new software deployments to ensure systems operate correctly in current and future environments.
  • Propose functional and technical improvements to optimize the environment.
  • Contribute to performance and workload analysis and design discussions.
  • Join performance improvement initiatives to enhance operations.
  • Identify and implement potential enhancements for applications within the environment.
  • Deliver accurate, complete responses to general usage and environment inquiries promptly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technology support and services.
  • Serve as the liaison between departmental business functions and technology requirements.
  • Provide desktop computer support.

  • Contract position with a 12+ month duration
  • Local candidates only
  • Onsite work frequency: once per week

  • Hourly rate: USD 25 - 27 per hour
