Job Description
Three Help Desk Analyst openings in Augusta, Maine for a 12+ month contract with onsite work once a week; local candidates only.
Responsibilities
- Support coordination of testing changes, upgrades, and new software deployments to ensure systems operate correctly in current and future environments.
- Propose functional and technical improvements to optimize the environment.
- Contribute to performance and workload analysis and design discussions.
- Join performance improvement initiatives to enhance operations.
- Identify and implement potential enhancements for applications within the environment.
- Deliver accurate, complete responses to general usage and environment inquiries promptly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technology support and services.
- Serve as the liaison between departmental business functions and technology requirements.
- Provide desktop computer support.
