Help Desk Analyst
Job Description
TechMagnetics LLC is hiring a Help Desk Analyst for a remote role with an hourly rate of USD 18β20. In this position, you will support end-users day to day across hardware, software, and network needs, helping people get back to work through clear Tier 1 troubleshooting, strong documentation, and training.
How youβll help users
You will act as the first point of contact for child-serving providers and county staff who reach out with questions or technical issues. Support is delivered through phone, email, web inquiries, and live chat, covering system navigation, payment processing questions, known system issues, and reporting potential defects.
- Provide Tier 1 help desk support for end-users via phone, email, web inquiries, and live chat

Provider agreements and secure access
Many interactions will involve provider agreement workflows and portal access. You will support the development and implementation of provider agreements, helping ensure compliance with established policies, rules, and business procedures.

- Validate user identity, set up secure passcodes, and establish access agreements to child-serving portals following security protocols
- Notify providers of approval or denial outcomes and document** results
Payment processing and continuous improvement
You will review and analyze payment processing errors to identify what went wrong and recommend corrective actions. You will also evaluate system-related and non-system-related processes to find opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Correspondence, training, and documentation
The role also includes written communication and knowledge-building support. You will develop written correspondence to address inquiries from state and county staff and providers, and help create training materials and deliver training sessions.
