Responsibilities
- Provide first-level (Tier 1) technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard business applications
- Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, and email requests in a timely manner
- Support user account setup, password resets, and access management
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred or in progress
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking concepts
- Familiarity with common software applications (Microsoft Office, email systems, ticketing tools)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
