Role Overview

As a Help Desk Technician, you will handle incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat. You will troubleshoot technical problems, explain solutions in a step-by-step manner, and ensure each request is properly documented. The role also includes assisting with network access and connectivity issues while maintaining a friendly and helpful communication style.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
