Help Desk Technician Payment Processing

Cornerstone Credit Services is hiring a full-time Help Desk Technician for a merchant services office in Anchorage, AK. In this onsite role, you’ll help evaluate merchants’ needs, resolve technical issues, and support installs and training so clients can keep their systems running smoothly.

You will also be coordinating day-to-day work across the office and client locations, using strong communication and follow-through to manage multiple projects and deliver consistent service. Reliable attendance and dependable transportation are essential, since this position includes driving to onsite visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess merchants’ needs, troubleshoot and fix technical issues, and suggest or promote alternative products or services.
• Manage multiple projects daily in the office and at client locations.
• Provide outstanding customer service with strong communication.
• Demonstrate excellent follow through on assigned tasks and projects.
• Drive to onsite visits to support installations, training, and fixes.

Requirements

• Type 35 wpm accurately.
• Be organized and task- and detail-oriented.
• Be devoted to providing outstanding customer service.
• Show the ability to grow in product and industry knowledge.
• Maintain an excellent record of attendance and punctuality.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a current valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Experience

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (40 hrs/wk)

Pay

$19.00 per hour to start (From $19.00 per hour).
