Join an onsite helpdesk team at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH supporting IT installation, configuration, and network and fax device deployment.

Responsibilities

• Pack, unpack, configure, upgrade, install, relocate, and connect new and existing systems to one or more network(s)
• Install the Standard Desktop Configuration (SDC) software suite on personal computer systems, tablets, and mobile computing devices
• Deploy software including custom AF, DoD, and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS), plus other assigned applications on end-user devices
• Configure and troubleshoot video teleconference equipment, displays, and related setup tasks
• Support clean and safe work environment needs associated with receiving, configuring, installing, maintaining, and disposing of IT components
• Install, configure, test, deploy, manage, and maintain all segments and elements of the 711 HPW’s networks and fax devices
• Maintain communications interfaces that connect fax devices and network elements to internal or external networks

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT experience
• Security + CE
