IT Helpdesk Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support operating systems and a suite of applications, including MS Office, iManage, pdfDocs, BigHand Digital Dictation, Juris Suite, ShareFile, MS Windows VPN, and various remote meeting platforms.
• Communicate with users onsite and remotely to troubleshoot issues, provide guidance or solutions, solo or with coworkers as needed.
• Travel to regional offices as required to support local teams and ensure consistency across offices.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional communication skills.
• Ability to organize, multi-task, and plan work to meet deadlines.
• Good judgment with high attention to detail and accuracy; able to drive issues to resolution.
• Self-study capability and the ability to work independently; willingness to take on responsibility.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support and digital document management.
• Experience in a law firm is preferred.
• Experience as a legal assistant or paralegal with an interest in the technical side of a law firm is a plus.
