Legal Customer Service Representative (Help Desk)

Law Offices of Robert S. Gitmeid & Associates is hiring a Legal Customer Service Representative (Help Desk) to support attorneys and the broader office team in litigation-related and administrative workflows. The role sits within a heavy client-facing call center structure, where you will manage client communications, coordinate with collections agencies, and keep documentation organized and up to date.

This position is full-time and based in New York, NY with a hybrid work environment. The pay is USD 23 per hour, and the minimum required experience is 1 year.

What you’ll do

• Use Salesforce CRM to support client interactions by phone and help resolve client concerns.
• Work with collections agencies by phone to obtain settlement documentation.
• Review documents submitted by clients and collections agencies to ensure they meet required criteria.
• Upload approved documentation to the firm’s system.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as needed in a high-volume, client-facing call center environment.

What you bring

• 1 to 2 years of office support experience.

• Computer literacy, including the ability to learn the firm’s case management software.

Training and schedule

• Initial (6-week) hybrid training: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
• Post-training: upon successful completion, transition into your permanent hybrid schedule.
