Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day depot logistics, including material receipt, inventory control, and final shipment.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, handling recognition, disciplinary actions, and performance development.
• Collaborate with sustainment engineers and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure mission success.
• Prioritize and allocate resources to meet retrofit, repair, and inspection schedules while minimizing bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for all logistics processes.
• Use analytics tools to analyze operations, identify efficiencies, reduce waste, and optimize resource use.
• Manage contract compliance across diverse contract types, ensuring cost-effective delivery and adherence to terms.
• Provide status updates, highlight risks, and communicate corrective actions to senior leadership and customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated performance executing sustainment type contract requirements.
• Experience with contractor or organic depot operations.
• Proven ability to operate within a matrix structured business.
• Demonstrated track record of sustained high performance.
• Excellence in communicating with senior levels of management and customers.
• Problem-solving skills and Full Spectrum Leadership attributes.
• Ability to lead, coach, train, and manage LSE personnel while being responsible for LSE scope (technical, schedule, financial).
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively in a diverse workforce.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.
• Self-starter capable of performing tasks with minimal supervision.
