Job Description

Graphic Products is hiring a Technical Support Representative in Beaverton, Oregon (onsite) to help customers troubleshoot software and printer issues. In this role, you will support users through phone, live chat, and e-mail while building technical expertise and documenting assistance cases.

Role Overview

The Technical Support Representative supports customers with questions and problems related to Graphic Products applications, including installation, troubleshooting, and training. You will assist users in getting safety label printing software installed and running, and you will handle technical assistance requests by logging case details and tracking resolution steps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions and issues via phone, live chat, and e-mail for software and printer-related topics
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in Graphic Products applications
  • Assist customers with installing and using safety label printing software
  • Log technical assistance cases, including the request details and steps taken to resolve the issue
  • Provide support that may include software installation, printer and software troubleshooting, printer and software training, template creation, sample printing, and order processing

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of technical troubleshooting experience in a call center environment
  • Strong interest in customer service and working with people
  • Ability to communicate effectively with oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and services
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed work style with comfort working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) applicants are a plus

Schedule and Location

  • Location: Beaverton, OR (onsite)
  • Hours: 8-hour workdays, Monday through Friday
  • Likely schedule: 5:30am to 2:00pm

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay: USD 20 per hour
  • Initial pay: up to $20/hour DOE
  • Benefits: growth potential in responsibility and pay
