Responsibilities
- Meet customers in their homes, at a local office, or anywhere convenient, with pre-scheduled interactions that support meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Deliver courteous, customer-first service throughout every engagement.
- Use your technical know-how to diagnose and resolve issues, explaining solutions clearly for all levels of tech comfort.
- Ensure customers leave with a working resolution and a product plan that addresses future tech needs.
- Recommend solutions from Asurion’s expanding product lineup tailored to each customer.
- Listen actively to uncover needs and position products in a way that uniquely fits those needs.
- Apply negotiation and communication skills to pivot smoothly and close the right sale.
Requirements
- Comfort in a sales environment with clear targets and performance expectations.
- Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience and a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (Manhattan area excluded).
- Personal vehicle required (no motorcycles); travel up to 120 miles one-way to neighborhoods and cities near the inventory warehouse.
- Ability to work a varied 5-day week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to align with customer timelines.
- Personal cellphone to stay connected while on the job.
- Comfort working around household pets.
- Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
