Job Description

ENS Security is hiring an on-site Tech Support Representative to support customers from its Call Center team in the City of Industry, California. In this role, you will provide phone and email assistance, troubleshoot access control and CCTV systems, and help ensure customers can get reliable performance from Akuvok and related security equipment.

Role overview

You will focus on technical help desk support for Access Control (Akuvok) and troubleshoot CCTV hardware, software, and networking components. The position also includes supporting customers through system setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance, along with coordination with manufacturers for more complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support to customers via phone and email for Access Control products (Akuvok).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving CCTV hardware, software, and networking components.
  • Assist customers with system setup, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to work through complex technical issues.
  • Record customer interactions and outcomes in the ticketing system.
  • Stay current with latest CCTV technologies and industry trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Access Control (Akuvok) troubleshooting experience of 2 years.
  • At least 1 year of CCTV surveillance and Low Voltage experience.
  • Comfort learning independently by reading documentation, testing solutions, and asking follow-up questions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to research independently and escalate appropriately.
  • A growth mindset, including seeking feedback and continuously improving.
  • Mandarin language skills are required.

Compensation and benefits

The salary range is USD 45,000 - 65,000 per year for this on-site role. Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
