Job Description

Based in Dublin, Ohio, this on-site Service Desk Technician role supports the Community Choice Financial Family of Brands by delivering first-level IT assistance for desktops, software, and network connectivity. The focus is on strong customer service and first-contact resolution, with a Tuesday through Saturday schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST.

Responsibilities

Log all customer contacts, problems, and requests in the company issue-tracking system.
Maintain thorough documentation, follow up promptly, escalate when needed, and drive issue resolution.
Serve as the central liaison between customers and the IT organization.
Follow established workflows and service level objectives to resolve issues efficiently across teams.
Leverage the IT knowledge base to troubleshoot and research issues, and share insights with customers and teammates.
May participate in release and regression testing of in-house applications.
Physical requirements include remaining in a stationary position, moving around the office and occasionally outside, and operating a keyboard.
This is a full-time, on-site role requiring in-person attendance.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
At least one year of related customer service experience.
Microsoft Certified Professional, Network+ and/or A+ credentials preferred.
Solid familiarity with Windows 10/11, Outlook, Edge or Chrome, Office 365, Dell devices, and network printers.
Strong familiarity with Active Directory and performing basic tasks such as permissions changes and password resets.
Experience with basic enterprise network troubleshooting.
Citrix and Citrix Management Console experience is a plus.
Basic Exchange knowledge is a plus.
Team-oriented with solid customer service and communication skills.
Able to adapt to shifting priorities and directions.

Job Description

Stanley Steemer is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for technical support across corporate offices, call centers, branch operations, and franchise locations. This onsite role in Dublin, Ohio focuses on delivering first-level assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and end-user technology through in-person, phone, and remote channels, with an emphasis on timely resolution and clear communication.

Responsibilities

First point of contact for technical support requests involving hardware, software, network connectivity, and supported business applications.
Provide level one technical support for user issues related to Windows, Microsoft Office, mobile device management (MDM), computer hardware, peripherals, and other supported technologies.
Receive, document, prioritize, and manage incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and accurate recordkeeping.
Monitor and respond to support requests received through phone, email, and ticketing platforms.
Responsible for on-call activities as part of a weekly rotation.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams and serve as a liaison between end users and technical support groups.
Maintain and contribute to knowledge base articles, procedures, and technical documentation to improve service delivery and support consistency.
Perform hardware and software installations, upgrades, deployments, and maintenance activities as required.
Analyze recurring issues and trends to identify root causes and recommend process or technology improvements.
Communicate technical information to users in a clear and professional manner while delivering a high level of customer service.
Stay current on system changes, technology updates, and industry best practices relevant to the organization's IT environment.
Provide assistance on special projects as needed
Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Other tasks as assigned.
