IT Support Coordinator
Job Description
The IT Support Coordinator/Intern role at Atash Enterprises LLC is based in Dublin, OH (onsite) and focuses on delivering day-to-day technical support for office staff. The position covers desktop support, ongoing Windows 365 maintenance, troubleshooting for core Microsoft tools, and routine IT administration.
Location and Schedule

- Job types: Full-time, Part-time
- Pay: USD $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for in-office staff to resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Windows 365 systems.
- Assist with basic SharePoint and Power Automate troubleshooting, including coding and support as needed.
- Perform hardware diagnostics and support hardware repair.
- Support network connectivity troubleshooting for office devices and users.
- Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams to address IT-related needs.
- Handle routine IT administrative tasks, including managing user accounts, software updates, and backups.
- Use basic web development knowledge for minor internal website updates or troubleshooting.
- Document and maintain records of IT issues, solutions, and updates for reference.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.
- Prepare a daily to-do list and a summary of accomplishments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with laptop configuration, including adding memory, changing batteries, and installing or uninstalling software.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Windows, Office Suite, Outlook, and 365.
- Working knowledge of QR codes (Quick Response codes).
- Working knowledge of API (Application Programming Interface).
- Knowledge of Ethernet wiring, including color coding, crimping, wire splits, and RJ45 connectors.
- Good working knowledge of web development tools and languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
