Responsibilities
- Engage with customers at their home, office, or wherever they are, with interactions pre-scheduled by Asurion to help you reach and exceed sales targets.
- Provide consistent, customer-first service throughout every interaction.
- Apply technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues, offering clear, understandable solutions for all levels of tech savvy.
- Ensure customers leave with a workable resolution and recommendations that address future tech needs.
- Leverage Asurion’s expanding product lineup to tailor solutions for each customer.
- Listen attentively to identify needs and position products that meet those needs.
- Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to pivot effectively and complete appropriate sales.
Requirements
- Comfortable in a sales environment with defined targets.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, with at least one year of driving experience.
- Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (note: Manhattan is excluded).
- Personal vehicle (no motorcycles); appointments are in neighborhoods and cities around the local warehouse, with a maximum one-way travel distance of 120 miles.
- Five-day work week with a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to align with customer timelines.
- Personal cellphone for on-the-job communication.
- Comfortable around household pets.
