Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from customers seeking cable, router, and internet technical support.
- Diagnose and address issues using product knowledge, delivering solutions with empathy and efficiency.
- Process orders, update customer accounts, and modify records during phone interactions.
- Demonstrate effective multitasking and meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements
- Six months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a GED or high school diploma
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
