Data Conversion Specialist and Technical Support

WaterFlex offers a full-time, in-person role in Fremont, NE for a specialist who can guide data transitions and support customers across the WaterFlex platform. The position includes competitive pay of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, along with a benefits package designed to support your health, finances, and time off.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will take point on moving customer data from competitor billing systems into the WaterFlex platform. You will also provide ongoing technical and product support to existing clients, helping ensure successful migration and smooth implementation.

• Lead data migrations from competitor billing systems to the WaterFlex platform
• Provide technical and product support to existing clients

What you bring

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience, plus a strong technical background
• 5 years of data migration and implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of data migration, preferably in a billing system environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing 5 or more associates
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team collaboration
• Ability to work closely with clients for support, migration, and implementation activities
