This on-site role focuses on disinfecting incoming cases, entering case details, coordinating workload from other locations, inventory management, and related duties. Responsibilities

• Open and disinfect incoming cases
• Organize and manage workload from other Ottawa Dental Laboratory locations
• Restock and oversee inventory
• Check, pack, box, and sort outgoing cases
• Stock office materials such as bubbles, boxes, and paper
• Scan and manage paperwork and operate the case management software platform
• Clean and disinfect office work areas
• Invoice cases accurately and appropriately
• Adapt to busy periods and occasionally make deliveries to local dental offices
