Job Description

Community Options, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Help Desk Analyst in Dallas, TX (onsite) to support the IT team while delivering customer service. This role focuses on handling IT requests, troubleshooting in a primarily Windows environment, documenting issues, and administering help desk software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt, courteous IT support company wide, in person or via phone or email
  • Provide in-meeting IT Support when directed by the Help Desk Manager, including assistance with conference room equipment
  • Follow documented service operations, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer requests promptly, professionally, and completely
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues primarily in a Windows environment
  • Receive and document inbound tickets, emails, phone calls, and in-person requests for IT services
  • Travel to local offices to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Document, track, and monitor technical problems and solutions
  • Prepare activity reports and inform management of recurring problems
  • Redirect issues to the appropriate resource and identify situations requiring urgent attention for escalation
  • Administer help desk software

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of professional IT experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Logical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of best security practices and a commitment to continually updating the knowledge base
  • Some proficiency in AD, Office365, multiple browsers, and computer hardware

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 per year.
