Job Description

ESS Education is seeking a Substitute Help Desk Support to assist the Medford School District with basic technology needs on an onsite basis. The role centers on handling phone-based tech support requests and providing entry-level IT assistance as part of the district's IT team. This position is based in Medford, Oregon, and offers $23 per hour with a requirement of a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a district IT team to support low-level technology needs and provide dependable, customer-focused service.
  • Answer incoming phone calls requesting tech support and respond with clear, timely guidance to staff.
  • Address any other Help Desk needs as they arise to contribute to a stable IT environment for the district.
