Job Description
Help Desk Tech provides technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and systems environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
- Resolve technical issues and respond to user queries via telephone or self-service ticket for internal and/or outside customers
- Support troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems
- Diagnose, identify, isolate, and analyze problems using historical database records
- May route calls to product line specialists and application or system support specialists
- Maintain and update records and tracking databases; alert management to recurring problem areas and patterns
Requirements
- Help Desk Technician IV level: HS diploma + 1 years of experience
- Security+ CE
- PWS 9.1
- TS/SCI and Polygraph required
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Security+, CE (CompTIA Security+)
- Clearance level: Top Secret/SCI
Work Location
- Annapolis Junction, Maryland
- Onsite workplace
Pay
- Hourly: USD 29.52 - 33.18
- Likely hourly rate for the position is between $29.52 - $33.18
