Helpdesk Operator (Temp)

Join Panda Restaurant Group as a temp Helpdesk Operator in Rosemead, CA, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will be the primary point of contact for technology issues faced by PRG associates, delivering timely, courteous support across phone, voicemail, email, chat, and in person, while upholding strong customer service standards.

This role focuses on evaluating, prioritizing, and resolving or routing computer-related problems to the appropriate IS expert, with clear ticketing and proactive follow-up to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service in-person and via phone and email to Operations and to SC associates regarding IS issues in a timely manner
• Serve as the single point of contact for all technology-related problems encountered by PRG associates by responding to requests via phone, voicemail, email, chat, and in-person for hardware, software, network, and other computer-related technology
• Evaluate and prioritize computer-related problems and either resolve the issue or refer to the appropriate IS associate for resolution
• Escalate problems requiring urgent attention
• Log and track all calls using the ticket tracking system
• Follow up on outstanding calls and open tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma required; working towards college degree
• Some relevant work experience and demonstrated interest in technology required
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position

Compensation

Pay range: S3, $24.00 - $30.50 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including work location and prior experience.
