In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time)
Job Description
This part-time in-home field sales and tech support role requires daily travel to customer residences, with paid training, flexible schedules, and sales incentives.

Location: Jacksonville, FL (onsite). Job type: Part time. Compensation: USD 23 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in their homes, at offices, or other locations as scheduled by Asurion to pursue and exceed sales targets.
- Provide consistent, customer-first service throughout every interaction.
- Apply technical know‑how to diagnose and resolve issues, delivering clear explanations regardless of the customer's tech background.
- Ensure customers leave with a working resolution and a product aligned to their future tech needs.
- Present Asurion's growing product lineup to tailor solutions to individual customer requirements.
- Listen actively to uncover needs and position products that meet those needs effectively.
- Utilize negotiation and communication skills to pivot smoothly and close appropriate sales.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and at least one year of driving experience.
- Proof of valid car insurance required (Manhattan excluded).
- Personal vehicle (motorcycles not included); travel may extend up to 120 miles one-way from the inventory warehouse area.
- Varied five-day workweek schedule to accommodate customers, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Personal cellphone for on‑the‑job communications.
- Comfortable working around household pets.
- Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented and persuasive communication abilities.
- Open-minded with a eagerness to learn a broad set of skills applicable to multiple career paths.
- Naturally outgoing with strong interpersonal skills and comfort in a sales environment with targets.
