Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide fleet of ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical devices to support peak performance and regulatory compliance.
Deliver hands-on, phone, and remote technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for employees.
Design, build, and maintain functional Zoom Room systems.
Administer the organization’s Zoom-based phone system.
Provide administration and support for critical Line of Business (LOB) applications.
Manage and complete a variety of internal IT projects.
Create and maintain technical documentation and provide training to improve team members’ proficiency with software applications.
Use RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) for proactive monitoring, patch management, remote access, and automated maintenance to maximize endpoint uptime.
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory using asset management tools, tracking hardware and software licenses across all Vance Thompson Vision locations.
Develop and implement automation scripts (including PowerShell and Python) to reduce repetitive work and improve user experience.
Evaluate, recommend, and integrate AI-powered tools to improve business processes, enhance service delivery efficiency, and increase departmental efficiency.
