Maintenance Technical Support

AllSTEM Connections has an onsite Maintenance Technical Support opportunity in Wheatfield, IN for a 1-year contract.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance planning, including procedures, repair strategies, and scheduling
• Perform troubleshooting for plant equipment and abnormal operating conditions
• Support maintenance budgets, maintenance projects, and improvement initiatives
• Contribute to safety and environmental compliance activities
• Support employee training and focus on equipment reliability

Requirements

• 4+ years of maintenance or engineering experience
• Strong background in power plant/industrial maintenance with I&C/controls experience
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance
• Experience with predictive maintenance methods such as:
  • Vibration analysis
  • Thermography
  • Ultrasound
  • Tribology
• Strong skills in communication, troubleshooting, project management, and maintenance planning

Pay

• $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
