Office & IT Support Coordinator
Job Description
Therapy Source is looking for an Office & IT Support Coordinator to be the first stop for everyday technology help and office operations. This hybrid role supports a mission-driven environment where your work is visible, appreciated, and directly improves how teams run day to day.
What you’ll do
- Own first-line IT support by logging, triaging, and resolving common tech issues such as password and MFA resets, plus tools like Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and printers. When something needs escalation, you will follow it through to completion.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding by setting up accounts, licenses, and equipment for new hires, and ensuring items are wrapped up cleanly when team members leave.
- Maintain day-to-day tech operations by tracking laptops, software licenses, and vendor contracts, and shipping equipment to remote staff as needed.
- Support providers with administration for TheraWeb and Zoom, and run a Loaner Library for assessment materials.
- Keep office operations running by coordinating with tenants, property managers, and vendors, welcoming visitors, managing supplies, and supporting shared spaces.
- Help build team culture by partnering with HR on recognition programs, team lunches, and celebrations.
- Document what works by creating SOPs, FAQs, and a knowledge base to make support faster and easier for everyone.
What you bring
- 2+ years supporting business technology (help desk, IT coordination, or power-user experience), including within an admin role.
- 2 years in office administration or coordination.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel) and Zoom.
- Experience using a ticketing system and the discipline to close every request.
- Clear, patient communication with non-technical users.
- Solid security basics, including MFA, phishing awareness, and confidentiality.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with a calm approach under pressure.
- Ability to handle occasional off-hours escalation calls and after-hours maintenance windows.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local errands.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Benefits and schedule
- Hybrid schedule: onsite 3 days per week at the Plymouth Meeting, PA office with the remainder remote, subject to approval.
- Mileage reimbursed for local travel.
- Competitive hourly pay: $28–$32/hr.
- A role where your contributions are seen and genuinely appreciated, because you help make everyone else’s day easier.
Tech stack: Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Zoom, TheraWeb, MFA.
